David lives in the village of Scotia in Upstate New York with his adoring wife Kate and two beautiful daughters, Sophia and Olivia. A proud member of the Schenectady Art Society  David spends his days perfecting his art practice and writing poetry. It's fair to say that his loving family, the influence of his art community, and nature, continue to provide David the energy to reach new levels with his art. Art Experience

After a lifetime of perfecting my passion I never stop searching for inspiration from everything life has to offer. I've been influenced by artists such as Marilyn Rock, Todd Goodman, Emily Getz, Christopher Jalbert, Mitchell Johnson, George Papadakis, Pamela Bates, and many others. I hold nature close to my heart and often transfer that emotion onto canvas. I also channel my experience in recovery, my love of poetry, classic movies, and music into my work. I work hard to push the limits of abstract by incorporating many new proven and unproven techniques of painting. I also never place borders or restrictions on my creative process.
